GetWholesaleOrders provides B2B lead generation, contact discovery, and automated email outreach tools designed to help wholesale businesses find and connect with buyers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Send unsolicited commercial email in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable anti-spam laws.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.

4. Account Registration & Google Sign-In

You may register using your email and password or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all contact data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to the GetWholesaleOrders platform, software, and brand.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetWholesaleOrders is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific deliverability rates, response rates, or business outcomes from campaigns run through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndeCommerce Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
